Whether you suffer from migraines, shoulder, lower back or knee pain it will be valuable to know what the path to being pain free would be like.
If you have an experience with investing in the stock markets this will sound very familiar, why?
Much like investing the vast majority of your success will be made in the long term. That’s not to say there aren’t overnight success stories, there are, but they are few and far between and certainly aren’t the expected norm.
The path to resolving years or decades long pain is a gradual process that will take both patience and consistency.
We typically expect our clients to experience 80% improvement in the initial 2-4 months, followed by the remainder shortly after. Again this applies to 80% of people. A small percentage may experience results much sooner and a small percentage slightly later.
In those initial 2-4 months we don’t expect your progress to be linear, by linear I mean, to feel 5% better after every adjustment, time after time.
Those initial 2-4 months will resemble stock markets shares. One that has many peaks and troughs when you look closely, yet still trends upwards when you take a step back and look at the whole picture.
This is why we don’t follow the norm of “taking this one step at a time” or use phrases like “we’ll see how you get on”. This is because we understand the larger picture and understand that how you feel can differ one day to the next, and that is normal.
However if you are having a good day it feels like amazing, only at first we know a painful day May only be around the corner, and we need one eye on the present, and one eye on the picture plan at all times.
This is why we are able to achieve amazing goals with our clients, goals like learning to live exercising again and losing 2 stoke in weight. Like being able to return to work and outperform your previous self, despite thinking just 6 months early you may have to retrain or retire because of the pain you were experiencing.
Because we want every client we work with to experience amazing goals like these, we choose to work a specific way and we always have one eye focused on the bigger picture, the bigger plan.
