The Cure

Everybody is after “The Cure” to their pains. 

The one thing that if they do correctly will mean their pain disappears and will never ever return.

But what if “The Cure” isn't any one thing. 

What if it’s a collection of things that can be summarised in one word? Lifestyle 

Our lifestyles determine the longevity of our health, and there are hundreds of components that create our lifestyles.

Here’s a scenario that will help to demonstrate my point.

Both Person A and Person B are identical in DNA, and they have both received the exact same care as each other.

Person A sleeps 4 hours per night, drinks far too much caffeine, not enough water, eats takeaways everyday, lives a very sedentary life and has a very negative mindset. 

Person B sleeps 8 hours per night, limits their caffeine after midday, drinks 3L per day, has a healthy micronutrient dense diet, exercises regularly and is full of positivity and optimism. 

Will person A or person B remain symptom free and healthier for longer following care?

And which person is more likely to reap the full benefits of care more so?

Person B right? 

So when clients say “will this cure my problem forever?” or “ if I stop care, how long will I be pain free for after?” 

I can assure you when we say “how long is a prince of sting?” we aren't being awkward on purpose. 

The healthier your environment is, the healthier the individual living in it will be. 

So the real “cure”, we’ve known all along.

It’s the things we know we should be doing but instead find excuses and reasons not to. 

It’s often not what you know that separates you from others. It's the application of what you know. 

Those that apply the knowledge to their lives consistently and for long periods of time will be more successful in their endeavours.
