Finding Balance For Your Body

Taking control of our nervous system can be the key to unlocking a world of freedom from chronic pain !

For the majority of people , the constant stress and tension of modern life can trigger a constant state of alarm in our bodies leading to chronic pain.

But it does not have to be this way !

With the correct guidance and action we can learn to disarm the alarm of our nervous system and bring balance and peace back to our bodies.

A very powerful way to do this with the  least amount of effort/time commitments etc on your end is through regular adjustments ! 

I say to all new clients before we begin phase 1 of our 3 phased plan , all i need them to do for me initially is turn up and allow us to do what we do and then we can focus in on other specific areas when their system is in a much better place , that way the body can process what's going on and therefore yield better and long lasting results !

Regular meditation, movement as well as low intensity movements throughout the day also massively help this process.

I'll leave you with this …

If your car alarm went off ,would you ignore it ? 

If your smoke alarm went off ,would you ignore it ? 

If your house alarm went off ,would you ignore it ?

So why when our own body alarm (pain) is going off we ignore it and seek short term fixes instead of having your alarm assessed and a plan put in place to disarm it ?
