Whilst training for a Marathon I developed lower back pain and various hamstring problems and was in agony. I went along to Peak Chiropractic to see how they could help and I can honestly say my back has never felt so good. I initially attended my first appointment with some trepidation having suffered with a bad lower back and neck for some time. I am happy to say that my fears were dismissed very quickly and literally after some manipulation during my first appointment I could immediately start to feel the benefits.
